Low Calories Cinnamon Roll | Healthy Recipe


WOOLLLLA. My fav flavour gonna be CINNAMON.The first time I tried cinnamon bread,it really surprise me,the taste just sosososo amazing,I literally obsessed the taste when the time I ate it. OMG






Btw today I gonna share the recipe which I'm really enjoy to make it.
Which is Low Calories Cinnamon Roll.
One roll calories is 170cal. You can eat this cinnamon roll as snack or breakfast. Totally up to you.



Ingredients 
1. 1 cup low-fat milk
2. 1 tbsp olive oil
3. 1 tbsp sugar
4. 1 tsp salt
5. 1 tbsp yeast
6. 2 cup whole wheat flour
7. 2 cup plain flour
8. 1/4 cup brown sugar
9. 2 tsp cinnamon powder


Step
-Preheat your oven to 350F first. 

1.Stir milk,olive oil,sugar and salt.Heat to lukewarm.
2.Pour yeast to 2 tbsp lukewarm water,rest for 5 mins.
3.Pour yeast mixture into milk mixture.
4.Mix the ③ with the two type of flour.Remember not to mix all together in one time.
5.It will become a dough,cover it and rest about 10 mins.
6.After 10 mins,knead your dough again,and rest again about 1 hours.
7.Now make your dough into rectangle,the size is also up to you.
8.Spray the (cinnamon powder&brown sugar) onto the dough.ROLL UP.
9.Cut into how many pieces you can cut.
10.Place the roll onto baking ban,rest about 1 hours.
11.Bake to 30mins until browned.
12.You are ready to eat.ENJOY.
